Wouldn’t it be great to be able to stop thinking about your internet connection, instead knowing that it’ll just work and that you have a trusted partner managing it? Enabling that peace-of-mind is one of the main reasons why we created Bigleaf. We want to take the stress of internet uptime and performance off your shoulders.
You don’t need a skilled IT Geek or Cisco-Certified Wizard to configure anything. As far as you and your network are concerned, the Bigleaf system looks just like a standard internet connection provided over Ethernet. We include basic instructions when we ship you the on-site router, and you can call or email us if you have any questions.

- Sign up for Bigleaf service
- Give us basic info about your internet circuits, including speed, type, and any static IP addresses
- We’ll ship you a pre-configured router ready to be plugged in
- Connect your firewall and setup your new Bigleaf static IP addresses in it
- Enjoy your new internet experience
Since you don’t need to be an IT genius to install and use it, you don’t have to maintain IT staffing or contract with a consultant for installation, troubleshooting, and changes. This recurring cost savings can add up very quickly, easily offsetting the entire Bigleaf monthly fee, plus the cost of additional internet connections.
We’re available, via email and phone, to help you out. Our support techs are knowledgable on all aspects of the system, and you’ll be treated with the respect that you deserve.
We include ICMP, SNMP, and several custom monitoring protocols in our network monitoring platform. You’ll have access to logs and graphing so you can see the status and performance of the Bigleaf service, and all underlying circuits. We can also send alerts to your email or cell phone whenever a circuit or site has an issue.
We put guarantees behind the service so you can rest assured that we’ll be on top of any issues that might arise. Check out our SLA here.
Reduced Upfront Costs
Other enterprise-grade failover and load-balancing solutions cost thousands of dollars in upfront capital, plus ongoing support/warranty contracts. Bigleaf’s managed service has a low upfront setup fee that reduces your risk and frees up your cash for other business needs.
