Audian is the latest Unified Communications (UC) provider to join Bigleaf’s Cloud Assurance Program, which ensures the stable performance of standard UC solutions over the top of broadband Internet connections. Joint customers of Bigleaf and Audian can now take advantage of Bigleaf’s performance analysis and optimization capabilities while using Audian’s suite of advanced voice services.

The Cloud Assurance Program centers on Bigleaf’s patent-pending intelligent load-balancing and dynamic Quality-of-Service (QoS)

As a result, Bigleaf’s dynamic QoS technology prioritizes VoIP and other business-critical applications across the public Internet. The company’s Cloud Assurance Program incorporates:
