Bigleaf Networks and Audian Enter Cloud Assurance Partnership
Joint Customers Can Now Take Advantage of Bigleaf’s Performance Analysis and Optimization Capabilities While Using Audian’s Suite of Advanced Voice Services
PORTLAND, OR–(Marketwired – Jan 29, 2016) — Bigleaf Networks Inc., the intelligent networking service that optimizes Internet and cloud performance by dynamically choosing the best connection based on real-time usage and diagnostics, today announced Audian, a likeminded voice and unified communications solution provider based in Kirkland, WA, as a partner in the Bigleaf Cloud Assurance Program. Audian is the latest Unified Communications (UC) provider to join Bigleaf’s Cloud Assurance Program, which ensures the stable performance of standard UC solutions over the top of broadband Internet connections. Joint customers of Bigleaf and Audian can now take advantage of Bigleaf’s performance analysis and optimization capabilities while using Audian’s suite of advanced voice services. “From our very first engagement with the team at Audian, the value in formalizing a partnership was obvious,” said Bigleaf Co-Founder Jeff Burchett. “Audian’s management platform is founded on many of the same principles that we’ve relied on at Bigleaf. Their focus on simplicity, usability, and reliability are in lock step with what we strive to provide to our customers. The leadership at Audian has built not only a great platform but also a great team. We are excited to work together.” The Cloud Assurance Program centers on Bigleaf’s patent-pending intelligent load-balancing and dynamic Quality-of-Service (QoS) functionality. Bigleaf provides real-time failover and load balancing with seamless mid-session re-routing based on ISP circuit quality. As a result, Bigleaf’s dynamic QoS technology prioritizes VoIP and other business-critical applications across the public Internet. The company’s Cloud Assurance Program incorporates:- Lab interoperability testing of QoS prioritization, load-balancing and seamless failover of the Assurance Partner’s application traffic.
- Network peering, where appropriate, to ensure end-to-end QoS protection.
- Enhanced support for the Assurance Partner’s customers through:
- Bigleaf web app visibility and reporting of latency, packet loss and jitter.
- Joint support training and collaboration on troubleshooting efforts.
