- New AT&T Unlimited Data Plan: A new Bigleaf Wireless Connect data plan delivering another option for always‑on, wireless‑first performance. This plan is now available alongside our existing Verizon Unlimited plan, providing additional versatility for your business needs.
- Wi‑Fi is officially out of beta: The Edge 800W router can now be configured to enable a NAT firewall and deliver seamless Wi‑Fi alongside our signature network optimization, keeping LAN‑connected devices performing at their best without extra hardware.

- Redesigned User Settings Page: A cleaner, more responsive experience, especially on mobile.
- Unified Device View: The Devices tab now shows all CPEs across all managed companies, with easy filters and a new “Favorite” filter for quick access.
- Consistent Drawers: Device, alert, and filter drawers have been redesigned for consistent style and clearer visibility, even on mobile.
- Companies Page Improvements: Managed companies are grouped under their MSP by default, showing total counts for users, sites, and devices at a glance.
- Users Tab Enhancements: See all users across all managed companies by default and manage roles and memberships without switching views.
- Status Filtering: Click any status value to instantly filter for all sites with that state (e.g., all sites currently “down”).
Greater Visibility for Proactive Support

- Primary PoP Filter on Sites Page: Quickly see which sites may be impacted by upcoming maintenance.
- Statuspage Integration: Manage subscription to real‑time maintenance and service updates directly in Cloud Connect; link directly from the dashboard.
Expanded API and Admin Controls
More tools for MSPs and admins to streamline how you manage users and integrations.
- API v2 Updates: Token management is fully supported in Bigleaf Cloud Connect Dashboard, and the calls‑per‑minute limit has increased to 120 for greater flexibility.
- User Management: Manage user settings for all accounts across all managed companies.
- LAN Mode Controls: Customer company admins can now manage LAN mode directly, giving you finer control over network behavior.
