Chief Executive Officer
Greg has served on the Bigleaf Networks' board of directors since 2020. He has a consistent track record scaling businesses and creating enterprise value through revenue growth, operational performance, and strategic acquisitions. Greg’s technology leadership career spans more than 25 years, where he has led multiple companies from start up to over $100 million in annual revenue. Prior to Bigleaf, Greg served as COO at HungerRush, a national leader in hospitality software. Prior to HungerRush, Greg spent eight years as EVP of Sales at Alert Logic, where he led sales, marketing, and other key area of the business.
Mark A. Dirsa
Chief Financial Officer
Mark is a technology veteran, with more than two decades of experience as a financial leader in the industry. Prior to Bigleaf, Mark served as CFO of Garten, CFO of Vendini, CFO of Mobile Complete, CFO of Alexa and in various other finance roles for Keynote Systems. He has negotiated multi-million deals for over 50 diverse domestic and international financings with high-tech companies totaling over $2 billion including sales to Amazon and Keynote Systems. Mark is an avid road and trail runner, completing the NYC Marathon an incredible 15 times.
Chief Marketing Officer
Lori has nearly 20 years of experience in creating innovative digital marketing strategies for B2B tech companies. Prior to joining Bigleaf, she led Marketing for Punchh, the leading digital loyalty platform for restaurants and retailers. As a result of rapid growth and accelerated brand equity, Punchh was acquired in 2021 for $500M by PAR Technology, where Lori went on to lead marketing for the PAR portfolio of solutions. She has spent most of her career in the unified communications and customer experience industries, leading and scaling marketing strategy for tech innovators like Talkdesk, Vonage, and Genesys.
Chief Product Officer
David Idle joins Bigleaf from Verizon, where he was the Chief Product Officer and Executive Director for SMB, managing the commercialization of 4G and 5G technologies in the small business and mid-market segments. In a dual role, Dave was also general manager of Yahoo Small Business until its sale in 2021. Dave previously held leadership positions at Web.com, XO Communications, and Sprint, where he drove profitable revenue growth through the development of new products and sales strategies.
VP of Sales
Andrew oversees Bigleaf’s sales lifecycle, account management, and channel development activities and teams. He joined Bigleaf in 2020 as a senior director of the company’s MSP and partner channel program and was promoted to a VP role in 2021. Before coming to Bigleaf, Andrew held sales engineering and sales management positions of increasing responsibility over his 14-year tenure at Webroot, a threat intelligence and security leader. Andrew is a licensed private pilot and an avid cyclist.
VP of Operations
John joined Bigleaf in 2015 as VP of Partner Sales and led Bigleaf’s initial channel strategy and sales team growth. In 2021, John was named VP of Technical Support, and he now serves as VP of Operations. Before Bigleaf, John held a variety of leadership positions in sales and operations at several telecom companies, including Level 3, Comcast, and Qwest Communications. John is a licensed attorney with a J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College.
VP of Customer Success
Mike brings over 15 years of experience across a wide range of internet technology companies, from business analytics at a 10K+ person search platform, to ad-operations at video and mobile startups, to launching and scaling Customer Success teams at hardware and SaaS organizations. Through a few successful startup exits and more than a few failures, Mike has proven to be an advocate and ally while building cross-functional teams that champion the voice of the customer. When not working he can sometimes be found riding his bike or reading, but more often than not chasing around his special need cats.
VP of Demand Generation
Sharon has 25 years of experience designing and executing strategic B2B marketing strategies for global organizations. Prior to joining Bigleaf, she led demand generation efforts for PAR, Punchh, and HungerRush, a trio of SaaS-based restaurant technology platforms for point of sale, loyalty, online ordering, and back-office solutions. Sharon specializes in driving demand and building sales pipelines. In addition to her expertise in the restaurant management system space, Sharon has 15 years of experience in internet security, specifically firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware, and identify and access management.
VP of Transformation
Tim is an attorney and consultant who specializes in positioning companies for growth and strategic transformation in the IT and telecom industries. Tim’s career highlights include his tenure as VP and Assistant General Counsel at Sungard Availability Services, a global IT services company. Tim steered the company’s software business from a legacy, on-premises model to a modern SaaS platform and led the negotiation and sale of that division to a private equity concern. Tim holds a J.D from the University of Colorado Law School. When he’s not working, Tim can be found skiing, biking and backpacking in the Rockies.
