Network management should be intuitive, whether it’s for a single site or multiple locations. Bigleaf Cloud Connect received major design updates that help you quickly find critical information and manage sites with greater speed and clarity.
- We’ve redesigned the user interface to make critical information easier to find, whether you’re on a desktop or mobile device.
- A new primary PoP (Point of Presence) designation now shows up clearly across sites, helping you better understand routing and redundancy.
- Browser tabs provide more context, with clearer labeling so you can multitask with ease.
- Improved search functionality, persistent table settings, and streamlined navigation let you work the way you want—with fewer clicks and less hassle.
- The Site Configuration page and Site Overview pages have been redesigned for clarity and easier management.
Enhanced Troubleshooting Tools
We’re giving you deeper visibility into network health and performance to make problem-solving faster and more accurate to help pinpoint issues without calling in reinforcements.
- You’ll now see status examples like “online,” “offline,” “updating,” and more for devices, firmware, and configuration syncs.
- A redesigned Site Status page provides quick clarity on any active alerts.
- New diagnostic tools include:
- ARP Table Dump to verify MAC-to-IP mappings
- Device Interface Status to inspect physical interfaces and connection details
- A new Consolidated Logs page gives you timestamps, alerts, and severity levels for each managed site—all in one place.

Try the Newest Features First: Wi-Fi Beta Program
We’re inviting Edge 800W users to shape what’s next. Join our Wi-Fi beta program to test and provide feedback on upcoming features like:
- Wi-Fi Access Point Management: Configure 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios.
- LAN Client Control: View, edit, assign static IPs, and manage all connected devices.
- Port Forwarding Rules: Create, edit, and delete rules directly in the dashboard.
- New Widgets: Cellular circuit status, Wi-Fi access point health, and LAN client visibility—right from the Site Overview.

Behind-the-Scenes Improvements
- The legacy web dashboard is officially retired, as we continue investing in the Cloud Connect experience.
- API rate limiting is now in place (10 calls/min) to ensure performance. Most users won’t be affected.
- Countless UX enhancements and bugfixes have been made across the app, including drawer consistency, improved mobile input behavior, and smoother site selector performance.
