Manage all your customer sites and company settings more efficiently. We’ve improved oversight so you can view, sort, and navigate multiple sites with clarity and speed.
Alert Override Rules – Affected Sites List
Instantly see which sites are impacted by each alert rule, making it easier to manage notifications and resolve issues more quickly.
Extended performance metric visibility
Users can now see up to 39 days’ worth of performance metrics, for a more granular and precise view of historical data.
Cellular Performance on Site Page
Troubleshoot cellular connectivity more easily. Real-time signal indicators (carrier, quality, network status) now appear directly on each site’s performance page — no need to dig through device drawers.
Improved Small-Screen Device Drawer
Access device details easily on mobile devices and tablets, so you can troubleshoot on the go or while working in the field.
Split Wireless Quality Charts (RSSI, RSRQ, RSRP, SINR)
Get granular insight into cellular signal health. We now show four separate quality charts, each with thresholds for excellent/poor. We have also added tooltips that help you interpret results, no guessing required.
Grouped Diagnostic Logs
Logs are now grouped and phrased more clearly, reducing repetition and letting you find relevant entries faster. Less scroll, more insight.
In-Line Circuit Performance Graphs in Alerts
When an alert is triggered, the performance graph is visible directly within the alert itself. You don’t have to navigate away to understand what’s happening.

We’ve removed a manual step. When a new site is spun up, both primary and secondary PoPs are automatically chosen based on the site’s address. This ensures your deployment is optimal from day one.
