Bigleaf Q4 2025: Even more Clarity, Control, and Confidence

Closing out 2025, we continued to focus on what matters most in modern, cloud-first networks: clarity, control, and confidence, delivering major improvements across three pillars of the Bigleaf experience:

  • Faster, smarter troubleshooting so teams can prove and resolve performance issues in minutes, not hours
  • Stronger MSP and multi-tenant management to support real-world operational workflows
  • More flexible, customizable views so every team sees exactly what they need to see

Alongside these enhancements, we also made significant platform stability and UX investments to prepare Cloud Connect for the next wave of capabilities coming in 2026.

Troubleshooting Made Easier

In Q4, we made it easier than ever to validate, diagnose, and act.

Site-Level Speed Testing
Run throughput tests across all circuits at a site, measuring download and upload speeds for all your connected circuits. Your results will reflect the combined speeds—even those configured as backup or avoid-only paths, giving teams a true view of your bonded and multi-circuit sites are actually delivering to troubleshoot issues and improve performance effectively and efficiently

Circuit-Level Speed Testing
Conveniently test individual circuits from the Cloud Connect Dashboard to isolate provider issues and validate ISP performance without guesswork.

Expanded Diagnostics Access
More user roles can now view and run diagnostics, making it easier for support, NOC, and account teams to troubleshoot without bottlenecks.

Alert and Device Control
Company admins can manage alert settings and device port configurations directly, giving teams tighter control over how sites behave and how issues surface.

Built for MSPs and Multi-Tenant Operations

Managing dozens (or hundreds) of networks requires more than basic monitoring. Q4 added tools designed specifically to support how MSPs and IT teams work.

Company & Site Notes for MSPs
MSPs can now attach internal notes to any managed company or site, including who last edited them and when. This keeps context, history, and handoffs conveniently inside the dashboard.

Move Sites Between Managed Companies
Super Admins who belong to a MSP/Reseller company can now reassign sites as customers grow, merge, or change ownership, without backend support.

Your View, Your Workflow

Cloud Connect now adapts to how your teams work, not the other way around.

Customizable Tables Across the Platform
Choose which columns appear on Companies, Managed Companies, Sites, Devices, Users, and Circuits pages. Your selections are saved to your account and even reflected in the URL, making it easy to share a specific view with teammates.

Refreshed Table Experience
As a direct result of user feedback, all tables, filters, headers, and footers received a UX refresh, making navigation faster, cleaner, and more intuitive to meet the real-world needs of actula users.

Proactive Control, Not Reactive Support

Q4 also gave partners more ability to act, without waiting on tickets.

Manual Firmware Upgrades
Admins can now trigger CPE firmware updates directly from Cloud Connect, keeping networks current on their own schedule.

Device Port Management
Admins can change device port settings directly from the Site Configuration page.

Behind the Scenes

Alongside these visible updates, Q4 included:

  • Bug fixes and UX stabilization
  • Platform-wide performance and reliability improvements
  • Infrastructure preparation for major new features arriving in 2026

These investments ensure Cloud Connect remains fast, stable, and ready to scale as Bigleaf and your networks continues to evolve.
