True Symmetric Speeds
for Better Performance
Most SD-WAN providers price their service based on the combined total of download and upload speeds—for example, a 75 Mbps plan may include only 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload. Bigleaf takes a different approach. Our plans feature true symmetric speeds, meaning a 75 Mbps plan provides 75 Mbps for both download and upload. This ensures better performance, especially for businesses that rely on VoIP, video calls, and other real-time applications.

Our monthly service plans cover all essential features for seamless network performance. Each plan includes cloud-based traffic optimization, intelligent failover, a dedicated IPv4 address, and full-featured dashboard insights right out of the box. On-site router(s) are provided for each location, along with 24/7 Bigleaf Connect Care support.
Speed packages can also be bundled to meet unique site requirements, with volume pricing available for multi-site deployments.

Bigleaf 5G Ready Option
Bigleaf also offers a 5G Ready service that allows you to use your preferred carrier and data plan, combining the benefits of your existing vendor relationships with Bigleaf Cloud Connect Hybrid-WAN solution. Hardware Redundancy Add-Ons
These optional add-ons ensure no single equipment failure can disrupt your Bigleaf Cloud Connect service.
High Availability
For environments with zero tolerance for interruption, the High Availability (HA) add-on deploys two bridged routers operating in parallel. If one fails, the other continues immediately, keeping sessions online and operations protected. This is the optimal fit for locations where operational continuity is paramount and maximum resilience is required.
Warm Spare
For locations that need enhanced resiliency without dual active devices, the Warm Spare add-on provides a preconfigured secondary router ready to assume service automatically if the primary becomes unavailable—keeping your network running with minimal interruption. Warm Spare is ideal when you want faster restoration and added peace of mind.
Static IP Blocks
