At Ziggi’s Coffee, Tom directs technology strategy for a rapidly expanding quick service brand. He focuses on building reliable infrastructure that connects POS systems, digital ordering, store operations, and customer experience across a growing footprint.
Tom previously served as CTO, CIO, and fractional CTO for several restaurant organizations, including Earl Enterprises. In those roles, he led modernization efforts across POS platforms, connectivity systems, security architecture, and enterprise data environments.
A former U.S. Navy technologist, Tom takes a hands-on approach to innovation. His technology lab tests emerging restaurant systems, including connectivity and POS platforms, before they move into production.
