CallTower and Bigleaf Networks Announce Strategic Alliance

SOUTH JORDAN, UT, AND PORTLAND, OR (PRWEB) SEPTEMBER 25, 2017 — CallTower, an industry-leading Unified Communications (UC) and Collaboration company, and Bigleaf Networks, the cloud-first SD-WAN platform that optimizes Internet and cloud performance in real-time, announced today a strategic alliance to extend CallTower’s Unified Communication applications with integrated Bigleaf SD-WAN service. The CallTower and Bigleaf alliance will provide an extended network for CallTower customers by directly connecting CallTower data centers to the Bigleaf Cloud Access Network and integrating support and billing. CallTower’s hosted Skype, Cisco and Contact Center customers will realize optimal performance via intelligent load-sharing across multiple Internet connections. The solution is dedicated to delivering Quality of Service while staying outside of the customer’s existing firewall with their onsite router. In addition to enhanced quality and user experience of CallTower services, the solution will improve overall performance and utilization of internet access. It will also provide key reporting, real-time and historical data, as well as the ability for CallTower to analyze the entire route from customer premise to CallTower hosted applications.
