So we’ve added new administrator roles and permissions to our web dashboard, to give you flexibility to make changes on your own without contacting Bigleaf for support.
The new Bigleaf administrator features give you greater control over:
Site configuration – Change or add circuits at customer sites
You get full control over the Bigleaf platform, while we continue to work with you to give your users the best possible application experience. So we’re keeping our same SLA, and we’ll continue to provide skilled 24/7 tech support. But when you feel confident about making changes, you can do that on your own, in real time.
SD-WAN settings – Adjust load-balancing settings by site
Team management – Create role-based logins for different functions in their organization
The new administrative capabilities are also a boon for our growing roster of MSP partners. MSPs can now provide varying levels of user access to their customers based on their technical abilities. MSPs also now have the ability to grant in-house IT staff control over their Bigleaf settings, and grant read-only credentials to less technical customers who still want visibility into their network performance.
